The Foodie Sisters in Italy

Benedetta and Valeria Bianchini.

We are sisters, 100% made in Italy, and we couldn't be more different! Valeria is a trained pastry chef. Benedetta is a wine sommelier, an olive oil sommelier, and a professional cheese taster. It's sweet vs savory, detail oriented vs a bit of this and a pinch of that! Benedetta doesn't love pastry so it's hilarious to see her prepare the recipes in this course! On the other hand, Valeria has filled each pastry and dessert with tips and bonus recipes because there is so much to say about them! Enjoy learning about Italian traditional breakfast and dessert recipes in the friendly and informal Foodie Sisters in Italy style.

Have Breakfast Like an Italian

Moka pot coffee. Ciambellone. Crostata. Ciambelline al vino. Espresso. Cappuccino.

Italians start their day with a bubbling moka pot coffee that fills the room with the best aroma ever. Then a sweet pastry is what we'll have for breakfast. Ciambellone, crostata, and wine cookies are family favorites. We'll show you how to prepare each and, as bonus content, Valeria is sharing her personal ciambellone recipe. We'll also tell you what a good espresso and cappuccino must look like when served at your local café.

Traditional Italian Desserts & Bonus Recipes

Tiramisù. Panna cotta. Crema pasticcera. Zabaione.

Everyone loves Italy's traditional desserts! We have selected recipes from Valeria's favorite Italian pastry chefs and added bonus content and variation ideas! From the classic tiramisù, panna cotta, pastry cream, and zabaione recipes you'll be able to create many different desserts. Versatile homemade desserts are just the best as you can WOW your family and friends over and over and over again!
